- I have been taking photographs for over 25 years. My passion for photography started in my early childhood when I got my first camera, a Canon AE-1. Now with the latest technology going digital I primarily use the Canon EOS 5D along with various lenses and accessories. I love photography and enjoy photographing most anything I see. Always looking for photo opportunities everywhere I go. I have taken college courses in photography and have taken some of those classes with Lynda Richardson, one of the top female outdoor photographers in the world. A couple of my nature photographs were published in the March 2004 and March 2005 issues of VA Wildlife Magazine. I spent a few years working with local wedding photographers before I started my own photography business in January 2000. With photography, the freedom of creativity is so exciting and unlimited. I enjoy traveling to new locations and seeing new subjects. I photograph in studio and on location.
